If you have a lot of stomach problems, particularly constipation and stomach aches, giving yourself a colon massage can help.
By massaging the colon, you are strengthening the walls of the colon and breaking up the fecal matter which is blocking your intestinal tract, the cause of your constipation and general discomfort. Regularly massaging the colon (by regularly I mean daily) provides all kinds of health benefits to your colon and surrounding organs.
The intestines and colon are where nutrients from food are absorbed.
